For the past few weeks I have been cleaning up my room and slowly gathering a pile of stuff for me to bring down to California, where I will be going to college. When I say pile, I mean a very small pile, because as most of you know, I like to do things very slowly. Slow but steady!
Anyways, I made a packing list and everytime I read it over I start questioning whether I really need to bring certain things with me. Do I really want to make my dorm as similar to my room here as possible? Or should I only bring the bare necessities and start to develop a new personality once I am there? There are just so many things that I want to bring but don't really need to bring. Sigh. And while I am on this subject, let me just say that boy is it hard to pack for school. I think that if I were to have chosen to go to a school here, it would be easier. I say easier cause I know that no matter where you will be going to college, it is never going to be easy leaving home. But at least you will have the security that if you forget something, it is only a short drive away. For me? A five hour flight.
Gotta go out now for a Hero Certified Burger.
